Fremantle is reorganising its North American scripted entertainment division, with Christian Vesper, CEO of global drama and film, taking the helm. Dante Di Loreto, former president of the North American division, is moving to a producer role. The changes are part of a global restructuring, with Vesper leading both the US and European drama and film operations. Despite the restructuring, including layoffs in the UK, Fremantle's parent company RTL Group plans to continue growth in the US. Vesper will oversee a variety of productions and talent, including deals with prominent filmmakers such as Luca Guadagnino and Angelina Jolie.
