Potsdam, 17 September 2024. The GZSZ stars leave Berlin and take an unforgettable trip to Spain for the latest special of the RTL series hit GUTE ZEITEN, SCHLECHTE ZEITEN. UFA Serial Drama recently began filming the special.

This year, GZSZ viewers can once again look forward to a real holiday feeling in the middle of the cold season! Maren (Eva Mona Rodekirchen), Michi (Lars Pape), Lilly (Iris Mareike Steen), Jonas (Felix van Deventer) and Katrin Flemming (Ulrike Frank) will be among those filming in the vibrant metropolis of Barcelona and the most beautiful places in Catalonia. Which other characters will play a role in Spain, however, remains a secret for the time being.

The plot will include romantic and dramatic twists that will put the characters' relationships to the test. With surprising developments, emotional moments and special guest appearances, this feature-length special will once again be a highlight for GZSZ fans.

The special will capture the Spanish way of life - from the vibrant metropolis of Barcelona to the picturesque beaches and historic sights of Catalonia, including Sitges. The producer of the GZSZ special in Barcelona is Damian Lott.

The programme is scheduled to be broadcast in primetime this coming winter. The journey will not only be a visual highlight, but will also play an important role in the long-term plot of the series. How the events in Spain affect the characters' future will accompany viewers far beyond the special into the year 2025.
