Munich, 29 October 2025 - Andreas Martin becomes the new head of the Autentic Studios. In his role as Director Content & Production, he will be responsible for the development and production of all of the company's formats.

Martin has been with Autentic for around six years and was most recently Head of Production and Executive Producer. He has been involved in the production of documentaries and documentary series such as De-extinction - Species Protection 2.0?, Decoding Beauty and Terra X: The Mystery of Monster Waves.

Autentic emphasises that the appointment is part of the strategic orientation to further expand the production portfolio both nationally and internationally. The studios work closely with public broadcasters, private broadcasters and streaming platforms, including ARD, ZDF, arte, ProSieben, RTL and Curiosity Stream.

The succession follows the departure of Tom Zwiessler, who was previously head of the studios. With Martin, an experienced producer takes over overall responsibility for the creative and organisational management of the productions.
