The Unterföhring-based production company Megaherz is reorganising its management team. In future, the company will be headed by a team of three: in addition to the current Managing Director Oliver Gernstl now also take over Jonas Gernstl and Martin Tischner Management responsibility.

The company sees this as an important step towards strengthening Megaherz for future challenges and driving forward its creative and strategic development. With the expanded management, Megaherz intends to expand its position in the market and make a lasting impact on the production landscape, particularly in the areas of documentary, reportage and format development.

The personnel reorganisation comes at a time when production companies have to be increasingly flexible in order to meet the requirements of broadcasters, streamers and international competition. With the new three-person management team, Megaherz is sending a clear signal that it wants to continue to grow and provide new impetus.
