Constantin Film AG has appointed new members to its supervisory board. At an extraordinary general meeting, Clive Ng, an entrepreneur with an international track record, and Hasan Dilsiz, Group CFO of the Highlight Group, were elected to the board.

This means that, in addition to the two new members, the Supervisory Board continues to comprise Bernhard Burgener as Chairman, Peter von Büren, Roger Crotti and Paul Graf.

„We are delighted to have welcomed Clive Ng and Hasan Dilsiz to the Supervisory Board,“ said Bernhard Burgener. Ng brings with him many years of international experience in the media industry as well as an international network. Dilsiz is a proven expert with extensive experience in the finance and banking sector.

Clive Ng is active internationally as an entrepreneur, founder and CEO of various companies. Among other things, he is a co-founder of C Capital and a founding shareholder of MTV Japan and E*TRADE Asia. Ng has been a member of the non-executive board of directors of Highlight Event and Entertainment AG since 2020.

Hasan Dilsiz has more than 25 years’ experience in the finance and banking sector and has worked for Swiss banks, amongst others. Since 2015, he has held various management roles within the Highlight Group. In July 2024, he was appointed Group CFO and a member of the Highlight Group’s Executive Board.

With the appointment of these two new members, the Supervisory Board of Constantin Film will be strengthened, in particular, by their international media and financial expertise.
