Christian Ehrling has a strong background in IT services, digitalisation and transformation. Most recently, he worked in the management of a leading digital agency, where he played a key role in the successful implementation of transformation projects that significantly increased the company's growth. His experience and expertise in these areas will be a valuable asset to PHAROS. In addition to his new role at PHAROS, Ehrling will remain Executive Director at SL Unternehmensbeteiligungsgesellschaft mbH, the shareholder of PHAROS.<\/p>

Josef Reidinger, who will remain on board as Managing Director of Media Services GmbH, is looking forward to working with Christian Ehrling: \"In Christian, we have gained an exceptionally competent and experienced colleague who shares our vision and our goals,\" says Reidinger. \"His expertise in IT and digitalisation will help us to further optimise our internal processes, consolidate our market position and address future issues.\"<\/p>
