The position did not previously exist at Match Factory, but was created especially for van den Bosch-Mprah in Berlin. He will report directly to Managing Director Michael Weber.<\/p><p>This was also Von den Bosch-Mprah's speciality at Netflix, where he most recently spent two years as Head of Acquisitions and Co-Production in the DACH region. Among other things, he was responsible for the first Swiss original \"Early Birds\", but also took care of the licence deals with Constantin Film for cinema productions that came to the streamer. He previously worked for RTL, Warner Bros. and Viacom.<\/p><p>Michael Weber comments on the appointment: \"Marc's expertise in acquisition strategy, distribution and local co-production fits perfectly with our goal of strengthening our global presence.
