Berlin, 17 March 2025 - After five years of intensive association work, the producers' association is presenting itself under a new name: PROG - Producers of Germany. The association emphasises that PROG stands for both progressive and professional and is actively committed to a common community of values and a strong political voice in the industry. The producers emphasise their independence and self-determination as the cornerstones of their work. "We are for and not against a cause," explains PROG.

The role of PROG in the film landscape
