With this decision, ARRI is pursuing the goal of focussing more strongly on its core business.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"569\" data-end=\"873\">The new owner EK Inc., a leading provider of entertainment lighting, has state-of-the-art development and production capacities. This should provide Claypaky, which has an international reputation for innovation and quality, with new growth opportunities and a stronger global position.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"1170\"><strong data-start=\"875\" data-end=\"913\">ARRI Managing Director Chris Richter<\/strong> explained that the sale was part of a strategic realignment: <em data-start=\"986\" data-end=\"1170\">\"It was important for us to find a partner who recognises Claypaky's potential and works with a clear vision for the future - in the interests of the company and its customers.\"<\/em><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1476\"><strong data-start=\"1172\" data-end=\"1202\">Claypaky CEO Marcus Graser<\/strong> expressed his thanks for the cooperation with ARRI and was optimistic: <em data-start=\"1279\" data-end=\"1476\">\"ARRI's support was valuable, especially in terms of their technical film expertise. We are now looking forward to breaking new ground with EK Inc. and further expanding our innovation potential.\"<\/em><\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1783\"><strong data-start=\"1478\" data-end=\"1494\">Raymond Chen<\/strong>CEO of EK Inc., described the acquisition as a <em data-start=\"1540\" data-end=\"1573\">\"strategically important step\"<\/em> to strengthen its own portfolio - particularly in the European market. With Claypaky's almost 50-year history and its innovative strength, EK Inc. sees great potential for joint development.<\/p><p class=\"\" data-start=\"1785\" data-end=\"2087\">Claypaky will retain its headquarters in Italy under the new owner. The areas of research, development and production will continue to be strengthened there.
