As part of the Conference of the cultural officers of the federal states<\/strong> under the chairmanship of Tirol emphasised Vice-Chancellor and Minister of Culture Andreas Babler<\/strong> the central role of the Film funding<\/strong> in Austria. Babler emphasised that film funding should focus even more strongly on Austrian productions<\/strong> should be focussed on.<\/p>

\"Austria is a nation of culture - and that includes strengthening the domestic film industry in a targeted manner,\" explained Babler. \"We want to ensure that Austrian films can continue to successfully tell stories from and for our country.\"<\/p>

In addition to direct financial support, the Tax relief and EU subsidies<\/strong> as important building blocks for the sustainable financing of Austrian film projects. The Minister of Culture emphasised the importance of close co-operation between the federal and state governments<\/strong>to make the film industry fit for the future and promote domestic productions.<\/p>

One example of the increased importance of Austrian film funding is the Recent increase in the funding budget<\/strong>which will provide increased support not only for cinema films, but also for innovative formats such as streaming productions. The Funding landscape for up-and-coming directors and smaller production companies expanded<\/strong>to ensure the diversity and quality of Austrian films and to promote the International visibility<\/strong> to increase.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t
