The training programme is aimed at female professionals from the fields of cinematography, VFX, animation and related disciplines in Europe.<\/p><p data-start=\"472\" data-end=\"796\">Virtual production combines classic film technology with digital innovation and is changing the way films and series are produced. In view of the rapid growth of this technology, there is a growing need for specialised professionals - women have been significantly underrepresented in this segment to date.<\/p><p data-start=\"798\" data-end=\"1050\">With the \"Women's Virtual Production Training\", Netflix and IIM want to specifically promote talent, expand skills and increase diversity in the industry.
