The two communications professionals have extensive experience and have been part of UFA for many years. In future, they will help shape and implement the production company's communications strategy.<\/p><p data-start=\"623\" data-end=\"1004\">The new management team is supported by the creative agency <strong data-start=\"687\" data-end=\"707\">The Trailblazers<\/strong>with which UFA aims to provide new impetus in brand and press communication. The aim is to effectively accompany the ongoing transformation process - including the move to Berlin, the further development of business areas and the intensification of partnerships - in terms of communication.<\/p><p data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1253\"><strong data-start=\"1006\" data-end=\"1030\">CEO Sascha Schwingel<\/strong> emphasises: \"Janine Friedrich and Jennifer Stritzke form an experienced duo that will further develop UFA's communication strategically and creatively. With The Trailblazers, we are also bringing new perspectives into the company.\"<\/p><p data-start=\"1255\" data-end=\"1335\">The distribution of tasks within the new dual leadership is clearly structured:<\/p><ul data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1701\"><li data-start=\"1336\" data-end=\"1549\"><p data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1549\"><strong data-start=\"1338\" data-end=\"1358\">Janine Friedrich<\/strong> takes care of the communication of the UFA locations with her team <strong data-start=\"1426\" data-end=\"1444\">Potsdam\/Berlin<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1449\" data-end=\"1460\">Leipzig<\/strong>including the units <strong data-start=\"1491\" data-end=\"1506\">UFA Fiction<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1508\" data-end=\"1528\">UFA Serial Drama<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1533\" data-end=\"1546\">UFA Centre<\/strong>.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"1550\" data-end=\"1701\"><p data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1701\"><strong data-start=\"1552\" data-end=\"1573\">Jennifer Stritzke<\/strong> and her team take over the <strong data-start=\"1611\" data-end=\"1619\">Cologne<\/strong>which is the units <strong data-start=\"1635\" data-end=\"1657\">UFA Show &amp; Factual<\/strong>, <strong data-start=\"1659\" data-end=\"1678\">UFA Documentary<\/strong> and <strong data-start=\"1683\" data-end=\"1692\">UFAGG<\/strong> includes.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"1703\" data-end=\"1992\">Both heads emphasise the importance of communication as a unifying element in the company, especially in a changing media landscape. They see their role not only in providing information, but also in actively shaping and driving cultural change within UFA.<\/p><p data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2039\"><strong data-start=\"1994\" data-end=\"2039\">About the new communication managers:<\/strong><\/p><ul data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2773\"><li data-start=\"2041\" data-end=\"2395\"><p data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2395\"><strong data-start=\"2043\" data-end=\"2064\">Jennifer Stritzke<\/strong> has worked in communications for UFA Show &amp; Factual since 2013. She has been Senior Manager Communications since 2021. She began her professional career at RTL Television and has also worked for the German Network of E-Learning Stakeholders. She studied Communication Science and German Studies in Duisburg-Essen.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2397\" data-end=\"2773\"><p data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2773\"><strong data-start=\"2399\" data-end=\"2419\">Janine Friedrich<\/strong> has over 15 years of experience in PR for film, television and streaming. Since 2020, she has been Senior Manager Communications at UFA, responsible for various business areas. Previous positions have taken her to CNN, avanti media and the PR agency Heike Ackermann in Munich, among others.
