With new creative minds, experienced brand strategists and legal experts, the studio not only wants to produce films, but also create complete entertainment ecosystems that seamlessly connect content, products and experiences.<\/p><p data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"1222\"><strong data-start=\"712\" data-end=\"756\">James Mangold contributes his expertise<\/strong><br data-start=\"756\" data-end=\"759\" \/>Oscar-nominated director James Mangold (<em data-start=\"802\" data-end=\"809\">Logan<\/em>, <em data-start=\"811\" data-end=\"828\">Ford v. Ferrari<\/em>) has signed an overall contract with Paramount. Under his leadership, new film projects will be developed, produced and directed, including the project <em data-start=\"989\" data-end=\"1000\">High Side<\/em> with Timoth\u00e9e Chalamet. The screenplay is based on a previously unpublished short story by Jaime Oliveira. Producers are Peter Chernin and David Ready from Chernin Entertainment and Mangold's Turnpike Films.<\/p><p data-start=\"1224\" data-end=\"1503\">Co-Chairs Josh Greenstein and Dana Goldberg said: \"James Mangold is one of the most talented filmmakers of our time. He will oversee the areas of consumer products, live experiences, publishing, partnerships and e-commerce - key building blocks for transforming the studio's content into comprehensive fan experiences.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2009\" data-end=\"2220\"><p data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2220\"><em data-start=\"2011\" data-end=\"2027\">Makan Delrahim<\/em>, former Assistant Attorney General of the USA for the Antitrust Division, becomes Chief Legal Officer and is responsible for all legal, regulatory and compliance issues at the studio.<\/p><\/li><li data-start=\"2221\" data-end=\"2414\"><p data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2414\"><em data-start=\"2223\" data-end=\"2242\">Dennis K. Cinelli<\/em>, CFO of Scale AI, joins the Board of Directors as an independent director with his expertise in finance, strategic transactions and disruptive technologies.<\/p><\/li><\/ul><p data-start=\"2416\" data-end=\"2840\"><strong data-start=\"2416\" data-end=\"2440\">A look into the future<\/strong><br data-start=\"2440\" data-end=\"2443\" \/>Paramount Pictures is pursuing a clear goal with this strategic realignment: creative excellence, global brand management and technological innovation should go hand in hand.
