307 PRODUCTION GmbH is strengthening its management team: Beate Balser has been appointed Commercial Managing Director and will form the dual leadership of the Cologne-based production company together with Simone H\u00f6ller. While H\u00f6ller will continue to bear creative responsibility, Balser will take over the commercial management of the company.<\/p>

Balser has been part of 307 PRODUCTION since 2023 and was previously responsible for all productions in the commercial area as Head of Production. Her supervised formats include the ARD series Lost in Fuseta<\/em>, Two women for all skins<\/em> and Kidnapping\/being famous for beginners<\/em> and for RTL the crime series Murder on wasteland<\/em>.<\/p>

\"I have been working with Beate Balser for over fifteen years in a spirit of trust,\" explains Managing Director Simone H\u00f6ller. \"Her many years of experience in the film and production industry are a great asset - especially at a time when the industry is undergoing major changes. The expansion of the management team is a logical step towards making 307 PRODUCTION fit for the future.\"<\/p>

Balser adds: \"I would like to thank Simone H\u00f6ller and Michael Lehmann for their trust in me to help shape 307 PRODUCTION in a management role. The company has great creative potential and a committed team - a solid basis for the next development steps.\"<\/p>

The sociology graduate began her career in film production in 1990 and has since been responsible for more than 200 productions, including successful series such as Rosamunde Pilcher<\/em> as well as international Barbara Wood film adaptations. Numerous award-winning productions have been made in collaboration with H\u00f6ller, including The white rabbit<\/em>, Ramstein<\/em> and Because you belong to me<\/em>.<\/p>

Balser's appointment strengthens 307 PRODUCTION's organisational and commercial structure. The Cologne-based company is a subsidiary of the STUDIO HAMBURG PRODUCTION GROUP and produces fictional series, serials and one-offs for the German and international market.
