Peter G\u00fcde joined the Network Movie team in Cologne in October 2025 as the new Creative Producer. In his role, he will be responsible for strategic development at the location and will use his experience to bring fresh impetus to the development of fictional content.<\/p>

Wolfgang Cimera, producer and managing director of Network Movie, praises the signing: \"With Peter G\u00fcde, we are not only gaining a multi-award-winning author and producer, but also a proven expert on the German TV and streaming landscape. We expect his expertise as a showrunner and his broad network to provide important impetus for our strategic development in particular.\"<\/p>

G\u00fcde himself is enthusiastic: \"I am very much looking forward to my new task of driving forward strategic development for the Cologne location. The variety of opportunities and challenges in Network Movie's fictional portfolio is particularly appealing to me.\"<\/p>

Peter G\u00fcde can look back on a long and successful career. He was Executive Producer of the cult series \"Mord mit Aussicht\", Executive Producer and Head Writer of the ARD primetime series \"Falk\" and the Amazon Prime Video and Magenta TV dramedy \"Deutsch-Les-Landes\". In 2025, he produced the eight-part joyn series \"Frier & Frier\" starring Annette Frier.<\/p>

G\u00fcde was previously responsible as a producer for series such as \"Stromberg\" and \"Dr Psycho\". He also wrote screenplays, including together with Ralf Husmann for \"Vorsicht vor Leuten\" and together with Heinz Strunk for \"J\u00fcrgen - heute wird gelebt\" and the comedy \"Tanze Tango mit mir\".<\/p>

His work has been honoured several times: Among others, he received the Bavarian Television Award, the Golden Camera and the German Comedy Award. He has also been nominated three times for the prestigious Adolf Grimme Award.<\/p>
