Politicians, associations and producers are intensively discussing legal regulations, voluntary obligations and their impact on Germany as a film location.<\/p><h3 data-start=\"743\" data-end=\"784\">Bundestag debates subsidy reform<\/h3><p data-start=\"786\" data-end=\"970\">On 15 January 2026, the Bundestag dealt with two motions -
