As part of the collaboration, Rosebank is acquiring a minority stake in the company, which was founded in 2018.<\/p><p data-start=\"497\" data-end=\"911\">The aim of the cooperation is to expand each other's expertise: While <strong data-start=\"572\" data-end=\"598\">Rosebank Entertainment<\/strong> DRIVE beta in business, legal and financial matters, the Berlin-based studio brings its expertise in <strong data-start=\"727\" data-end=\"784\">Content production and digital distribution channels<\/strong> in.
