He will take office on <strong data-start=\"222\" data-end=\"239\">18 March 2026<\/strong> at the Annual General Meeting and thereby <strong data-start=\"301\" data-end=\"313\">Bob Iger<\/strong> as head of the media and entertainment group. D'Amaro was previously Chairman of the <strong data-start=\"413\" data-end=\"435\">Disney Experiences<\/strong>which includes the theme parks, resorts and cruises, and is regarded as a key driver of the company's recent growth.<\/p><p data-start=\"616\" data-end=\"1015\">At the same time <strong data-start=\"634\" data-end=\"649\">Dana Walden<\/strong>, previously Co-Chairwoman of Disney Entertainment, to the <strong data-start=\"703\" data-end=\"743\">President and Chief Creative Officer<\/strong> a newly created management position in which she will coordinate the creative direction of the Group across all divisions.
