The sales mark a further step in the strategic focus on <strong data-start=\"526\" data-end=\"569\">TV, streaming and entertainment content<\/strong>.<\/p><p data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"992\"><strong data-start=\"574\" data-end=\"599\">billiger-mietwagen.de<\/strong> will in future be managed by a consortium under <strong data-start=\"640\" data-end=\"659\">Pivotum Capital<\/strong> led, while <strong data-start=\"677\" data-end=\"691\">CamperDays<\/strong> to a group of private investors. Both platforms had belonged to ProSiebenSat.1 since 2013 and are among the leading providers in their segments in Germany and Europe. The transactions are expected to be finalised by the end of April 2026; the financial details remain confidential.<\/p><p data-start=\"994\" data-end=\"1413\">For the film and media industry, this decision is a typical example of how large media companies are streamlining their portfolios in order to concentrate resources on the production, marketing and further development of content.
