The agreement is still subject to approval by the union members, but is already seen in the industry as a signal for a more constructive negotiation phase overall.<\/p><p data-start=\"925\" data-end=\"1232\">Against this backdrop, the talks with SAG-AFTRA are now gaining in importance. The current contract expires at the end of June, so the time pressure is correspondingly high. Among other things, the negotiations centre on regulations on the use of artificial intelligence and issues relating to health and pension provision.<\/p><p data-start=\"1234\" data-end=\"1504\">At the same time, the next round of negotiations has already been announced: In May, the AMPTP also wants to start talks with the government union.
