The basis is the \u201eBFFS-ARD Acting GVR\u201c agreement finally signed on 2 April 2026.<\/p><p data-start=\"512\" data-end=\"752\">The new regulation extends the scope of follow-up remuneration. In future, these will no longer apply exclusively to 90-minute commissioned productions on linear television, but also to shorter TV formats and series productions.<\/p><p data-start=\"754\" data-end=\"1009\">For use in non-linear forms of evaluation, in particular in media libraries, it has not yet been possible to determine a definitive remuneration model within the framework of the agreement.
