The long-established company will remain an independent company based in Munich.<\/p><p data-start=\"276\" data-end=\"519\">According to ARRI, Riedel was able to convince with his concept for a \"new home\" for the company and prevailed in the international environment. For him, the takeover is the largest acquisition of his entrepreneurial career to date.<\/p><p data-start=\"521\" data-end=\"858\">The aim of the transaction is to achieve closer strategic integration between ARRI and the <span class=\"hover:entity-accent entity-underline inline cursor-pointer align-baseline\"><span class=\"whitespace-normal\">Riedel Communications<\/span><\/span>. Both companies want to bundle their expertise along the entire production chain - from camera and lighting technology to infrastructure and playout systems in broadcast, live event and sports productions.<\/p><p data-start=\"860\" data-end=\"1255\" data-is-last-node=\"\" data-is-only-node=\"\">ARRI's existing management will continue and further develop the ongoing transformation process. The Munich location and the independence of the brand will be retained.
