Die erste Lesung ist f\u00fcr Donnerstag, 24. September, angesetzt. Anschlie\u00dfend soll der Regierungsentwurf in die Aussch\u00fcsse \u00fcberwiesen werden; federf\u00fchrend soll der Ausschuss f\u00fcr Kultur und Medien sein.<\/span><\/p><p>Mit dem Gesetz sollen Streamingdienste sowie private und \u00f6ffentlich-rechtliche Fernsehveranstalter mit eigenen Video-on-Demand-Angeboten in Deutschland zu Investitionen in europ\u00e4ische und deutsche audiovisuelle Produktionen verpflichtet werden. Vorgesehen ist eine Investitionsquote von acht Prozent des j\u00e4hrlichen Nettoumsatzes. Davon sollen mindestens 60 Prozent in europ\u00e4ische audiovisuelle Werke und mindestens 80 Prozent in Produktionen in deutscher Originalsprache flie\u00dfen. Mindestens 70 Prozent der Investitionen sollen auf Werke unabh\u00e4ngiger Produzenten entfallen.<\/p><p>Anrechenbar sollen neben Produktionsinvestitionen unter anderem der Erwerb von Nutzungsrechten, Drehbuch- und Projektentwicklung, Synchronisation und Untertitelung sowie Nachwuchsf\u00f6rderung sein. Die Filmf\u00f6rderungsanstalt soll die Verpflichtung berechnen und \u00fcberwachen.
