JustWatch TV is available in eleven markets at launch, including Germany. Leonine Studios is on board as the German content partner.

The new service combines ad-supported streaming (AVoD) with other ways to watch films and series. As well as a free, ad-supported selection, JustWatch TV also offers pay-per-view and ad-free subscription options. The service is available via the JustWatch website and apps.

JustWatch TV is launching in partnership with 30 content partners worldwide. Alongside Leonine Studios in Germany, these include Cineverse in the US, SND in France and Altitude in the UK and Ireland. Previously announced partners include Paramount, New Regency, Fremantle and Bleecker Street.

With this move, JustWatch is evolving from a platform that helps users find streaming services into a provider of its own distribution options.
