The \u201eFifty-Fifty\u201c programme, which was launched in 2022, has been extended until 30 June 2028.<\/p><p>Both partners will each provide up to 600,000 euros over a two-year period for film projects by emerging filmmakers. There is no set limit on the number of productions to be funded.<\/p><p>The programme is aimed at emerging talent in the fields of directing, screenwriting and production. Support is available for feature films, documentaries and animated films, hybrid formats and mini-series with a running time of at least 40 minutes. A particular focus is placed on contemporary projects that break new ground in terms of form or content.<\/p><p>With this extension, ZDF is continuing its regional funding partnerships.
