On 1 December 2026, she will take up the post of Head of Talents &amp; Programmes, putting her in charge of the organisation\u2019s funding team.<\/p><p>Von Uslar has more than 20 years\u2019 experience in the development and production of national and international film and television series projects. In her new role, she will be responsible for the strategic development of funding schemes. The focus will be on supporting talent and story ideas, new narrative forms and technologies such as artificial intelligence, as well as promoting the international networking of North Rhine-Westphalia as a media hub.<\/p><p>In addition, the aim is to link the individual phases \u2013 from project development to evaluation \u2013 more closely together and to open up new avenues for funding and audience success. Von Uslar reports directly to Managing Director Walid Nakschbandi.
