The series aims to deal with many relevant and topical issues at different character levels. The aim is to make them comprehensible to the young viewer. In particular, the setting in the heart of Europe reflects the diversity of the population groups in a natural coexistence, as children today experience it in their everyday lives and take it for granted. The series tells the story of a motley community in which creatures of the most diverse origins get together and have to go on all kinds of adventures together - adventures that also have to do in very different ways with where they come from and where they are now at home or looking for a home. Quite a few characters change their attitudes in the course of the series, overcoming prejudices and false expectations. (MFG)
