This workplace comedy is about a small hotel in Munich's railway station district and the challenges faced by the team centred around hotel heiress Millie (Tamara Romera Ginés) and her best friend Adriana (Stella Goritzki). The two try to keep their beloved Prinzenhof running by any means necessary.
Each episode tells the story of the hotel crew's night shift until dawn. At three in the morning, bedless guests are flushed to the reception desk by concierge Charles (Adnan Maral), whose very special requests make the team sweat. The hotel bar is the emotional refuge for many characters of the night. It is the domain of barman Rafael (Ben Felipe), who, with his unshakeable good humour, is able to find something good in even the darkest and most bizarre of nights. Even if he sometimes has the most profound conversations with himself or a hole under the bar. Chef Franca (Mariananda Schempp), on the other hand, is firmly convinced that a real Hollywood star has checked into the ageing traditional establishment.
