Agile and direct: Carsten Schwecke reorganises the management team at Seven.One Media

- Sales Directors Tamara Buss and Ariane Nelles are responsible for extended area of responsibility
- Christian Cohrs moves from Smartstream.tv to Seven.One Media Sales and is responsible for innovation topics such as programmatic TV
- Stefan Meyer creates a link to the Group's influencer and audio business in the AdFactory

Unterföhring, 11 March 2024. ProSiebenSat.1 Head of Marketing Carsten Schwecke realigns the management team of Seven.One Media as of 1 April and relies on flat hierarchies and faces from the company's own ranks. In addition, the new personnel organisation will focus on dovetailing the various marketing offerings under one roof. Thanks to the reorganisation and the reduction of hierarchies in the sales department, Seven.One Media will be even more agile and direct in its dealings with clients and agencies in future.

As a result, experienced sales directors are given additional overarching responsibility: Tamara Buss and Ariane Nelles will take over the support of the large network agencies on 1 April. New additions to the Seven.One Media sales team Christian Cohrs from the Group subsidiary Smartstream.tv and will drive digital sales with a focus on programmatic and instream reach marketing in future. The Sales Director team is completed by Jens Reinhardt and Thomas Ruland. In the future, the Seven.One AdFactory will Stefan Meyer drive forward the integration of creative campaigns with the Studio71, Seven.One Audio and Joyn reach. As already communicated, Lennart Harendza and Max Klopsch will be leaving Seven.One Media at the end of March at their own request to pursue new professional opportunities.

In future, the management of Seven.One Media will consist of Carsten Schwecke (Chairman), Guido Modenbach and Georg Nitzl, a team of three that is highly regarded in the market. Güldag Prange, who is currently on parental leave, is also Managing Director. At Seven.One AdFactory, Managing Director Tom Schwarz assumes full responsibility for all creative topics in marketing.
