Al Munteanu, CEO of SquareOne and Vuelta Group Germany, and Jerome Levy, Chairman of Vuelta, have announced the acquisition of German content house Telepool and its subsidiaries. Munteanu will lead the merged company under the SquareOne name, while Michael Heyd will serve as CFO / COO.
