On 22 May, filming began on the new "Tatort" from Dresden "Siebenschläfer" (AT) with Cornelia Gröschel and Martin Brambach. Other roles include Silvina Buchbauer, Hanno Koffler, Florian Geißelmann, Dilara Aylin Ziem and Aysha Joy Samuel.

A model youth centre on the outskirts of the city is the setting for the new MDR "Tatort" from Dresden. In "Siebenschläfer" (AT), Inspector Leonie Winkler (Cornelia Gröschel) and her boss Peter Michael Schnabel (Martin Brambach) have to solve the death of a teenager. Her body was found in a lake near the youth centre. The script for the new case was written by Silke Zertz and Frauke Hunfeld. The film is directed by Thomas Sieben. Willy Dettmeyer is responsible for the visual design.

The content:
16-year-old Lilly-Marie (Dilara Aylin Ziem) and her boyfriend Pascal (Florian Geißelmann) run away from the "Siebenschläfer" youth centre at night. The next morning, Lilly's body is found dead in a nearby lake. The 17-year-old Pascal is on the run. Leonie Winkler (Cornelia Gröschel) and Peter Michael Schnabel (Martin Brambach) take up the investigation and launch a manhunt for Pascal. At first glance, the "Siebenschläfer" presents itself as a model home. Under the management of Saskia Rühe (Silvina Buchbauer), children and young people who have not had an easy life live here. The carer Jasmin Hoffmann (Aysha Joy Samuel) is very concerned about Lilly's death. She reports that Pascal is considered difficult and aggressive. That is why he, like other children at the home, is being treated by psychiatrist Lukas Brückner (Hanno Koffler). The manhunt for Pascal is in full swing when another crime is committed: Torsten Hess (Peter Moltzen), the head of department at the youth welfare office, is found murdered ...

Yassin Trabelsi as forensic scientist Philipp Laupheimer and Ron Helbig as forensic scientist Dr Jonathan Himpe are also back in this Dresden crime scene. Other roles include Sinje Irslinger, Milena Dreissig, Anna-Lena Schwing, Elmar Gutmann, Louise Sophie Arnold and many more.
