Oliver Pasch, VP Sales & Business Development Western Europe at Barco Cinemahas taken on an even larger area of responsibility: As he himself announced via LinkedIn, his new area of responsibility as Vice President Sales & Business Development Western Europe at Barco Cinema now includes the DACH region (with Markus Baumann as the responsible Sales Director), the Benelux countries and Scandinavia (with Yuki Fonteyne as Sales & Business Development Manager Benelux/Nordics), Southern Europe, including the French, Italian, Spanish and Portuguese markets overseen by Pedro Monsanto, and the United Kingdom and Ireland. Pasch had already represented Barco there in a central role for almost two years, and a new regional responsibility is likely to be appointed in the near future.

In 2020, Pasch moved from Sony Professional Solutions (where the manufacture and distribution of cinema projectors was discontinued) to Cinionic, a joint venture for premium cinema solutions between Barco and China Film Equipment. Cinionic was fully acquired by Barco at the end of last year and integrated into Barco Cinema. As VP Sales and Business Development Premium Cinema at Cinionic, Pasch was responsible for the EMEA region.

In addition to his new tasks, Pasch will continue to be responsible for the premium segment, including the existing CGS solutions ("Cinionic Giant Screen") and above all those under the "HDR by Barco" brand.
