Banijay Germany is restructuring and will focus on three non-fiction labels in future, leading to the closure of the Good Times label. On 1 September, former Good Times Managing Director Shona Fraser will move to the management of Brainpool TV GmbH, where she will set up a new light entertainment division. Florian Göbels, former Creative Director, will also join the management of Brainpool. The Good Times formats will be continued under Banijay Productions. The reorganisation is intended to combine the strengths of Banijay Productions and Brainpool and promote growth.
