According to Press Release RTL Deutschland acquires streaming rights to numerous successful series from ZDF Studios such as "Wilsberg", "Der Bergdoktor" and "Das Traumschiff". This is the result of a multi-stage licence deal between RTL Deutschland and ZDF Studios.

As part of the new licence deal with ZDF Studios, RTL Deutschland has acquired the streaming rights to numerous successful ZDF series. The complete package comprises a total of 1,000 episodes and will be made available on RTL+ in several stages from 15 September.

The first series from the package will be available on RTL+ from 15 September. In addition to the existing crime series package on RTL+, which includes the RTL series "Tödlicher Dienst-Tag", popular ZDF crime series such as "Wilsberg", "Nord Nord Mord", "Marie Brand" and "Friesland" will also be available to stream on the all-inclusive entertainment service.

In the second step, successful ZDF drama series such as "Der Bergdoktor", "Die Bergretter" and "Bettys Diagnose" will follow from 15 October. The package will then be completed on 15 November with format highlights for the whole family, including "Das Traumschiff", "Ich heirate eine Familie" and "Die Schwarzwald-Klinik".
