Adrian writes on his website www.beyondflix.de about itself:
"My father introduced me to the love of film. He himself was a stunt coordinator for international productions in Romania, but after he fled, his work was cancelled by the communist regime. I started making my own films at a young age and was soon allowed to study at the renowned Ecole Nationale Supérieure Louis Lumière in Paris. After my first festival successes for my camera work and participation as a director at the Clermont Ferrand short film festival studio, I finally came to Berlin. As an alumni of the Kitzbühel screenwriting course, I am now preparing my feature film debut with 21st Century Schizoid Man."
