Katrin Sass is currently filming the 25th episode of the "Usedom-Krimi" series with the working title "Turning point". The crime thriller will be filmed on the Baltic island of Usedom and in Berlin and the surrounding area until 11 December. The plot leads ex-state prosecutor Karin Lossow (played by Katrin Sass) into a new case in which she uncovers the mysterious Mandy (Anne Haug) and a connection to a family that goes back to the GDR and the fall of the Berlin Wall in 1989. In addition to Sass, the film also stars Till Firit, Rainer Sellien, Jana Julia Roth and Milena Dreissig. The screenplay was written by Dinah Marte Golch and Isabell Serauky, the film is being directed by Maris Pfeiffer. The crime thriller is expected to be broadcast on ARD and the ARD Mediathek in autumn next year.
