NBCUniversal has reorganised its management structure and appointed Donna Langley as President of NBCUniversal Entertainment and Studios. She will have sole decision-making authority over content and marketing spending for film, TV and streaming. At the same time, Matt Strauss became Chairman of the NBCU Media Group, which is responsible for advertising and distribution. These changes end an internal power struggle between Langley and Mark Lazarus, who now heads a new spin-off company with cable channels such as USA Network and MSNBC. Langley takes control of Bravo, a valuable cable network with popular formats such as "The Real Housewives".

The reorganisation brings clarity, but also challenges, including potential job cuts and competition between the new units. Langley, a respected executive, strengthens her position and remains a key figure in NBCUniversal's creative business.
