After 32 years at Studio Hamburg, Kerstin Ramcke says goodbye and looks back with gratitude on a fulfilling and formative career. In her farewell post, she says a heartfelt "Good Bye" to her colleagues and all the creative partners with whom she was able to realise numerous projects.

In her message, Ramcke emphasises the importance of teamwork: "A film can only be made together." Her time at Studio Hamburg was characterised by valuable encounters and inspiring collaborations that enriched her both professionally and personally. Despite the current challenges in the industry, she remains optimistic and encourages her colleagues to continue to stick together and be a strong voice for the film world.

Looking to the future, she trusts in the abilities of her successor Wiebke Andresen and wishes her and the entire Studio Hamburg team all the best for the challenges ahead.
