Munich, 29 April 2025 - Britta Meyermann will take over the management of Odeon Fiction from 1 May 2025. She succeeds Mischa Hofmann, who is stepping down after 19 years. Meyermann, who has worked as a producer and Head of International Co-Production at Odeon since 2013, has been responsible for successful productions such as 37 SECONDS, THE SEED and SPY CITY.

Fred Kogel, CEO of LEONINE Studios, honoured Hofmann's many years of work and welcomed Meyermann as a "creative, accomplished producer" for the further development of the brand. Quirin Berg, Chief Creative Officer of LEONINE Studios, also expressed his confidence that Meyermann will lead the company successfully into the future.

Meyermann, who began her career at Majestic Filmverleih in 2006 and gained experience at ZDF Enterprises and Global Screen, is looking forward to further developing Odeon Fiction with a strong team and producing high-quality series and films.
