Munich, 4 November 2025 - The Munich-based production company Madame Zheng Production strengthens its development team with Stefan Schurerwho since 1 November as Executive Producer Development is active. Together with Nina Kemper he will form the dual leadership of the company's format development in future.

Schurer comes from ITV Studios Germanywhere he has worked for the past twelve years as Head of Development was responsible for the development of new formats. His projects have included successful TV and streaming formats such as Love Island (RTLZWEI), Quiz Duel (Das Erste) and Alone (RTL+). At ITV, Schurer was responsible for the conception of content for linear television, streaming platforms and digital channels and played a key role in the strategic development of the content portfolio.
