The Studio Babelsberg AG and the Baden-Württemberg Film Academy (FABW) have entered into a new partnership in the Virtual Production announced. The focus of the cooperation is a joint project: the digital scan of the historical Metropolitan Backlots of Studio Babelsberg. State-of-the-art camera and drone technology will be used to fully capture the area so that the data can be used both for training and for future virtual film productions.
