In Cologne the German production companies have Time Leap Pictures and MMC Studios together to form a new company called Peak Point Pictures into being. The aim of the joint venture is to develop and produce high-quality international and national film and television projects and to support up-and-coming filmmakers.

The new company is aimed at both established productions as well as Up-and-coming talent from Germany and Europe. According to the report, the plan is to create a wide range of content for the international market, including cinema films and series, and at the same time open up prospects for young creatives in the industry.

The initiative combines the experience of the two established production houses with a commitment to fresh, creative voices from the film scene.
