On 1 April, Josef Reidinger left the management of Pharos - The Post Group. This is according to a recent announcement from film-tv-video.de out. However, Reidinger will remain with the company and will continue to work in sales and customer care.
Operational responsibility within the Management Board has been gradually redistributed since the beginning of the year. As part of this process, Andreas Mummert is taking over the position on the management board. Mummert has been associated with the company for many years and has been in charge of Picture Post Production at the Munich site, including the outsourced areas.
With the internal replacement, Pharos is consciously focussing on continuity and relying on managers from its own ranks. Mummert brings extensive practical experience from various areas of the company and has first-hand knowledge of both the technical and creative processes of post-production.
The structure within the management team also remains broadly based: Christian Ehrling will continue to be responsible for the commercial, technical and software areas. According to the company, the new appointment underlines the aim of closely integrating management responsibility with the operational business and relying on established internal expertise.
With the change in management, Pharos is carrying out a planned and gradual handover that is geared towards stability and continuous development of the company.
