To facilitate a strategic reorientation at management level, it is bringing together Constantin Film Key creative, talent and marketing roles have been restructured. Whilst Torsten Koch is taking on the newly created role of Chief Creative Talent Officer, Linda Fiolka is being promoted to Head of Marketing.

With the creation of the new role of Chief Creative Talent Officer (CCTO), Constantin Film says it aims to strengthen its collaboration with creatives, filmmakers and talent across all stages of development and distribution. Koch is set to work closely with the Executive Board, production, distribution, marketing and content managers. Chief Executive Oliver Berben particularly highlights Koch’s long-standing industry expertise and his network.

Torsten Koch has been with the company since 1999 and has played a key role in the distribution, marketing and publicity departments for many years. Most recently, as Chief Marketing Officer, he was responsible for numerous campaigns for successful German cinema productions.

As part of the reorganisation, Linda Fiolka is now taking over overall responsibility for marketing. In addition to traditional marketing, she will in future also be responsible for digital marketing and film press relations. Fiolka has been with Constantin Film since 2010 and has co-headed the marketing department with Eric Lehmann since 2022.

Throughout her career to date, she has been involved in campaigns for some of the most successful German box-office hits of recent years, including the „Fack ju Göhte“ trilogy, the „Eberhofer“ series and Chantal in fairytale land and *Manitu’s Canoe*.

With these personnel decisions, Constantin Film appears to be placing greater emphasis on closer integration between talent development, creative strategy and marketing – an area that is becoming increasingly important in the face of intensifying competition for attention in the cinema and streaming markets.
