Sebastian Feuß, Bavaria Film GmbH’s long-standing company spokesperson, is leaving the Bavaria Film Group at the end of October 2026. Feuß has been responsible for the media company’s internal and external communications for the past eleven years.
Feuß announced his departure on LinkedIn. „When I look back on this time, it is above all with great gratitude,“ he wrote, emphasising that it had been a privilege to support the Bavaria Film Group’s development through communications and to help shape its positioning over many years.
Feuß thanked the management team, his communications team and his colleagues across the group. He spoke openly about his future career and said he was looking forward to new opportunities in the coming months.
This change in personnel comes at a time of far-reaching changes within the Bavaria Film Group. The company is restructuring its operations and will in future divide its activities into a content division and a studio and property division. Kay Siering is set to take over the management of the content division alongside Julia Reuter from July 2027. The studio and property division is under the responsibility of Christian Franckenstein.
Feuß had overseen Bavaria Film’s communications in recent years during key developments – including strategic changes within the company and the group’s positioning as one of Germany’s leading production and studio locations.
