Carsten Schwecke, Managing Director of Seven.One Media, will leave the ProSiebenSat.1 marketer and take a leave of absence with immediate effect. Markus Breitenecker, Member of the Executive Board of ProSiebenSat.1 Media SE and COO of Seven.One Entertainment Group, will manage the marketing business on an interim basis together with Seven.One Media Managing Directors Guido Modenbach and Nitzl Georg and will in particular drive forward the innovative marketing solutions relating to Joyn and the AdTech area. In addition, the sales team centred around the sales directors is excellently positioned and has many years of experience in marketing. Most recently, Tamara Buss, Ariane Nelles, Christian Cohrs and Stefan Meyer took on additional tasks in this area. The Sales Director team is completed by Jens Reinhardt and Thomas Ruland.

In addition, Thomas Wagner was recruited to support the Executive Board in an advisory capacity.

As CEO of ProSiebenSat.1 PULS 4 GmbH in Austria, Breitenecker had built up and expanded the marketing portfolio there in recent years - with a focus on new advertising products and Joyn as an attractive AVOD platform for advertising customers.
