French high school students go on a school trip to Pompeii to discover its ruins and bodies petrified by Vesuvius in 79 AD. It is in this ghost town that vertigo suddenly seizes them. One after the other, James, Toni and Suzanne let themselves be overwhelmed by desire, anger and despair until they completely abandon themselves and lose everything.
