Rosebank was founded in 2013 by Jan Kromschröder and Stefan Oelze with the participation of Beta Film. The holding company initially formed the common umbrella for the two production companies Bantry Bay Productions, led by Jan Kromschröder and Gerda Müller, and Seapoint Productions, led by Nina Klink. Since the beginning of 2021, the established Dreamtool Entertainment, managed by Stefan Raiser, and, from February 2021, the newly founded Munich-based Brot & Butter Entertainment under Uli Zahn have also been part of the holding company. Rosebank is a strategic partner for individual producers and is thus creating a new home for creatives in Germany that forms an independent counterpoint to the increasing vertical concentration of ever larger corporate structures.
